About Sampuran Yoga

Founded in 2021, Sampuran Yoga derives its name from the Sanskrit word “Sampuran” meaning complete. Our purpose is to introduce people to the six traditional forms of yoga through a holistic and peaceful approach. We believe yoga is not just a practice—it is a way of life that fosters self-awareness and inner transformation.

To create a conscious community by helping individuals connect with their inner selves—awakening the body, mind, and spirit to live life in full wholeness.

Our Philosophy

We follow the principles of classical health yoga, deeply inspired by Raja Yoga, the discipline of Ashtanga, Iyengar techniques, and a yogic lifestyle. We go beyond physical asanas by integrating breathwork, meditation, and yogic wisdom to guide our students toward true balance and self-discovery.

A passionate and disciplined yogi, Satish Kumar transitioned from a gym trainer to a certified yoga professional in 2016. His qualifications include:

  • Two Diplomas in Yogic Science & Holistic Approach
  • Two Certifications in Meditation & Yogasana
  • 200-Hour Teacher Training Certification
  • YCB Level 2 Qualified

He has personally trained over 50 students and is known for his grounded teaching style rooted in classical traditions and modern wellness needs.
